At Gazél, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
Returns
•Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
•Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original Gazél packaging.
•Earrings and customized or personalized items are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.
•To request a return, please email us at info@gazeloriginals.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
•We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery for items of equal value.
•Items must meet the same return conditions (unworn, in original packaging).
•Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
•Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
•If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
•Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
•If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it immediately.
